Elizabeth Horsfall prepares reports in Sheriff Court actions, primarily in East and Central Scotland.

Elizabeth prepares child welfare reports to assist Sheriffs in making decisions about residence and contact arrangements for children.

She safeguards the interests of vulnerable adults in applications under The Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000, namely applications for financial and / or welfare guardianship, or intervention orders.

She acts as a safeguarder in Children's Hearings and Children's Referrals.

She acts as a Reporting Officer and Curator ad litem in applications for permanence orders and adoption orders.

Elizabeth practised as a solicitor from 1991 to 2010.
